"Google the research about the platelet therapy. It might be effective. I'm getting k laser therapy done on my feet by a chiropractor. I'm also using sof-sols (about $25). They seem to help too. Good luck."

I'm new to this forum, and have spent a good deal of time reading various posts, but ended up mentally swimming with all the information.
