"Hi Peg - I would love to tell you that I have the "magic cure" for this "thing" called pf, but I can't. I have had this bilaterally for 3 years and have also done it all and spent literally thousands of dollars on everything…"

After reading about all the other people wth PF I can see it is a universal problem.
The only thing I have found that helps is wearing BMT shoes. They are spendy $240.00 min. but that is a drop in the bucket compared with everything we have spent trying to lesson the pain. The BMT's take the pressure off the heels. It takes a while to get your balance on them. And it is only while you wear them that they help. Take them off and you are right back where you started.
