I'm interested in any exercises your aquatherapist made you do for your legs or feet, if any, before you had the Graston technique. Just started mobilizing at the pool and always interested in learning new safe ways to move and get better!

Yes the cheesesteaks were GREAT! The Doc was good as well. I liked the whole staff they treated me well.
I am so happy for you that you are able to get back in High Heels. you sohuld have come by the docs office and said hi.

Well, I think it went well. Best part was I found Geno's and had 2 cheese steak's
I did find out that my Insurance paid 100% except the flight and hotel.
he said it would take 4-6 weeks for it to stop hurting. I can feel some difference in it. so i am greatful so far. How are you doing?
