I'm interested in any exercises your aquatherapist made you do for your legs or feet, if any, before you had the Graston technique. Just started mobilizing at the pool and always interested in learning new safe ways to move and get better!

I did find out that my Insurance paid 100% except the flight and hotel.
he said it would take 4-6 weeks for it to stop hurting. I can feel some difference in it. so i am greatful so far. How are you doing?
