New to site, need help

Good Afternoon, I have been dealing with this heal pain for close to a year now. They say that I have Plantar Fasciitis. But from what I have been reading I am not sure. Really need the opinion of some that actually have this.From what I have read, the pain seems to get better on most people after they are up and moving... if mine is going to hurt it get worse.
