I am awaiting a letter for consultation with a surgeon to look at having the release surgery.  I have as many of you know Fasciits in both feet, cortizone injections have failed. Also intense physio, 3 doctors, podiatrist and the physiotherapist are all of the opinion that this is the only option.I am going to ask for the surgery on both feet at the same time. Hello I had Cortizone Injections as you all know in November and rested for a total of 8 weeks, I was signed off again for a month and visited the physio who gave me the following:  ICE pack treatment followed by deep massage of the fascia then stretches 3 times a day.  I am not on my feet long before the pain is back in the heels!The Podiatrist said yesterday there is nothing more she can do short of surgery!
