working isn't working

Im so disgusted right now ..I tried to work last night I made it almost 4done hrs and could not take the pain any longer. I realized it seems like the standing in one spot for basicly the time im there seems to b the culprit ...I drive a stand up fork lift. I have an appointment to go back to doc this afternoon two I have talked to some that said casting worked ....HELP!!
