I went through a four week series of dry needling for my PF, starting at hip all working toward the heel. The progress was good, it really took the edge off and I starting having more good days then bad. That practioner moved on and I was left to more of a conventional PT guy that helped with the muscle/strength/flexiability deal, we have got close to killing it but suspect more needling would have done it...
Your oh so right , that did hurt! but we did kinda work up to it...
I am looking for a new guy that can give it a go again... it just may have worked if I had kept going...
