Cured my Plantar Fasciitis through an anti-inflamatory diet

After being diagnosed, I sought help from my acupuncturist who explained to me that I simply had inflammation in my body and that in order to protect our organs, the body pulls the inflammation away from them down to our feet.  I removed the nuts that I was eating (almonds in particular) and got relief quickly.  I then limited eating meat to once a week, cut out all dairy and grains (similar to paleo) and created my own protein bar with ingredients that fight inflammation.  I am so very happy to report that I am once again hiking and wearing high heals.
