Plantar Fasciitis

The Plantar Fasciitis Community Will Help

Hello everyone, I suffered with plantar fasciitis for nearly two years, and like a lot of people tried everything around to ease the pain,I had physiotherapy which used to make me cry and releaved the pain for a few hours, I had special moulded shoe inserts which cost £300, an injection into the heel, again gave temporary relief for a few days before gradually returning and tried all manner of creams & lotions that promised to bring relief.

The turning point for me was when I read about The Bowen Technique and how it works, so thought I'd give it a go, as you know ANYTHING is worth it to ease the pain. Anyway after the first treatment a few days later I felt slightly less pain, I had two more treatments and after a few days of each the pain lessened, and suddenly disappeared as if it had never existed. It was amazing and I would seriously recommend anyone trying it, it is a non-evasive therapy cost me £40 a session and I would pay that again if it ever returned again. The best thing to do is google Bowen Technique and read about it, then find a practitioner nearby - once you understand how it works you can see how it can help plantar fasciitis. Hope this info helps some of you.
